1. Add a new contact and jump to step 6.
**If your customer's move record has already been created, you can skip this step and go directly to step 2.
2. Open your customer's move record:
3. Go to the "Overview" tab.
4. Click "Request Managed Survey":
5. Select the date and appointment time.
6. Click "Request':
7. Select a due date for when the survey should be returned for review:
a. An email will be sent if the survey was not completed by the date
selected.
b. A Managed Survey cannot be edited until it has been returned for review
or cancelled.
Congratulations! You've requested a Managed Survey appointment!
You will be able to see the scheduled appointment in the Activity Feed.
