Yembo allows you to schedule surveys that are conducted in the customer’s home.
1. Add a new contact and jump to step 6.
**If your customer's move record has already been created, you can skip this step and go directly to step 2.
2. Open your customer's move record:
3. Go to the "Overview" tab.
4. Click "Create Survey":
5. Select "Onsite" from the dropdown menu:
6. Select the day and appointment duration.
Tip: If you are scheduling this survey on behalf of another team member, make
sure you are updating the "Employee" and "Timezone" fields, as applicable.
7. Click "Next".
8. Select the time for the appointment from the available time slots.
9. Click "Schedule":
Congratulations! Your customer's Onsite link has been sent!
You will be able to see the scheduled appointment in your Activity Feed.
