Supported Browsers for AI Self Survey

For the AI Self-Survey, these are the browsers allowed on Apple/iOS devices:

On iOS devices (iPhones and iPads) running iOS 14.3 or later, Safari, Chrome, Edge and Firefox are supported. Please use one of these four browsers for optimal performance and reliability.

Note: For Samsung devices, we do not support the Samsung browser.

How to open Smart Consult in a Non-Default Browser

If your default browser is not Chrome (i.e., clicking the link takes you to an unsupported browser), you can simply copy the link and paste it into a supported browser.

Supported Browsers for Onsite Survey

Onsite works on iOS, Android, and Windows mobile tablet devices. For iOS devices, the Safari browser is supported. For Android and Windows devices, Google Chrome is supported.

The Use AI Camera button available in the Reviewer will not appear on any other device.

On Android devices, we support only Chrome and Firefox browsers. Please use one of these two browsers

On iOS devices, we only support the Safari browsers. Please use the browser(s) below.

Regardless of the browser, if you use a VPN you may experience issues, so we would recommend disabling it for optimal performance.
