How to schedule an appointment for a teammate: Onsite

Steps to schedule an appointment on behalf of another team member

The following steps should be followed if you are scheduling an appointment on behalf of a fellow team member.

1. Add a new contact and jump to step 6.

**If the customer's move record has already been created, you can skip this step and go directly to step 2.

2. Open your customer's move record:

3. Go to the "Overview" tab.

4. Click "Create Survey":

5. Select "Onsite" from the dropdown menu:

6. Select the teammate who will be conducting the Smart Consult appointment from the "Employee" dropdown menu.

7. Select the appropriate timezone based on where your teammate is located.

8. Select the day and appointment duration.

9. Click "Next":

10. Select the time for the appointment from the available time slots.

11. Click "Schedule":

Congratulations! You've scheduled an Onsite appointment for your teammate and they will receive an email letting them know the appointment is scheduled.

You will be able to see the scheduled appointment in the Activity Feed.
