Before starting your first Onsite, make sure you've downloaded the Onsite App via the App Store or the Google Play Store and are using a tablet, as the Onsite App is only available on tablets (not smartphone compatible).
Open Yembo Onsite on your tablet
Find your customer's move record and skip to step #4.
If there isn't an existing customer move record:
In the hamburger menu, tap "Add Contact"
b. Enter your customer's information.
i. Tip: First and last name are required but we recommend adding move
details and travel information, if available.
c. Tap "Add Contact":
4. Tap "View Contact" to see the "Overview" screen of the customer's move record.
5. When you're ready to start the survey, tap "Survey" at the bottom of the screen:
6. Use the room menu to select the room you'd like to update:
7. Tap "Add Media" to add inventory using Yembo's AI technology:
a. Ensure "Detect Items" is turned on and tap "Add Photo":
i. Turn "Detect Items" to off if you want to add photos without AI.
b. The AI will detect everything in the photo and will add a pink tag to each
item so you know what is being added to the inventory.
c. To make updates to the items in your photo:
i. Remove from Inventory: Tap on any tags (items) you don't want to
add to the inventory. The tags will turn grey once they've been
removed from the inventory.
ii. Edit item: Tap and long press any tags (items) that you want to
update. Make sure to tap "Save Changes" once you've made your
updates:
iii. Add to Inventory: Search the inventory list and tap to manually add
new items:
8. Once the inventory has been added, tap and long press any items in the "My
Survey" to make additional updates:
9. Add packing materials by tapping "Packing" and:
i. Manually add packing materials by tapping item in "Add Articles" section
ii. Use packing algorithm by tapping "Recalculate Packing"
10. Once you've edited the inventory and added packing materials, open the
"Overview" section and tap "Generate Visual Inventory":
