During your Onsite survey, you'll have the ability to edit your inventory in-app.
Taking Photos with AI
Use the AI to generate your inventory:
Add photos with the "Detect Items" option toggled on.
The AI will generate inventory based on what is seen in the photo.
All pink tags will be added to your survey inventory for that room.
4. Tap to Remove Items
If you decide not to add an item that was picked up, simply tap it to remove it from the inventory.
5. Identifying Unadded Items
Items that will not be added to the inventory are marked with a grey tag for easy identification.
6. Access the "Edit Items" Menu
To make edits to an item, long press on the item tag.
This action will open the "Edit Items" menu.
7. Make Changes
From this menu, you can modify item details.
You can also add notes to an item as needed.
8. Tap to Add an Item
If an item was missed, simply tap on the screen where it should be.
9. Access the "Add Item" Menu
Tapping will open the "Add Item" menu, where you can enter the item details.
10. Exit the Photo Section
Once you've finished adding photos, tap "Cancel" to return to your room inventory.
11. View AI-Added Items
All items added by the AI will appear in the "My Survey" section, located on the right-hand side.
Manually Adding Inventory
Search for Items
Navigate to the "Add Articles" list on the left-hand side.
Add to Inventory
Tap an item from the list to add it to your inventory.
View Inventory in "My Survey"
Added items will automatically appear in the "My Survey" section.
4. Select the Item to Edit
Tap the item from the "My Survey" list.
This will open the "Edit Items" menu.
5. Modify Item Details
Make any necessary edits to the item.
Add notes if needed to provide additional details.
Adding Packing
Open the Packing Section
Tap into the "Packing" section located on the right-hand side.
Manually Add Packing Materials
Navigate to the "Add Articles" menu on the left-hand side.
Tap to add the desired packing materials.
Use the Packing Algorithm (Optional)
Click the three dots menu.
Select "Recalculate Packing" to run the packing algorithm for an automated estimate.
