Steps to review a Smart Consult survey

Yembo gives you the ability to edit survey results live on an appointment, after the appointment ends or a combination of the two.

Tip: We recommend using keyboard shortcuts to streamline the review process. Each shortcut corresponds to specific review actions, making your review process much more efficient.

You can find the keyboard shortcuts by clicking on the keyboard icon above the photos:

Adding Items

If you need to add an item that wasn't iclude:

  1. Hover over the missed item.

  2. Press "A" on your keyboard.

  3. Start typing to search the inventory.

  4. Select the item you'd like to add.

This will add it into the inventory:

Deleting Items

To remove unwanted or duplicate tags:

  1. Hover over the tag you want to remove.

  2. Press "E" on your keyboard.

Marking Items as "Not Moving"

If your customer mentions they are not taking an item, you can mark it as "Not Moving":

  1. Hover over the item.

  2. Press "N" on your keyboard.

  3. The item will be marked as "Not Moving" and placed in a grey tag with a dashed outline.

  4. The item will then be moved to the "Not Moving" section of your inventory list.

Updating the Category of Existing Items

If you need to update the category of an item, you can update the tag:

  1. Hover over the item with your mouse.

  2. Press "C" on your keyboard to change the category.

  3. Start typing the name of the correct item.

  4. Select the correct item from the inventory list.

Adding Special Notes/Instructions

  1. Double or right-click on a tag to open the item menu

  2. Add crating dimensions

3. Add notes

4. Add item labels

All of the information added will be associated with that item specifically and shown on the visual inventory and cube sheet:

Reminder: You can also make all of your review edits from here if you aren't using the keyboard shortcuts.


Editing and Adding Packing

Locate the Packing Section

  • The packing section is positioned to the right of the photos and video.

  • This is where you can add packing materials for each room:

Automatic Packing Calculation

  1. Click the "Recalculate" button.

  2. When prompted, select "Yes" to apply the packing algorithm.

  3. The system will estimate the packing materials required based on:

    • Room type

    • Weight/volume of the room

    • Items in the room

Adjusting Packing Materials

  • Use the toggles to modify the carton count.

    • Alternatively, type in the quantity manually to adjust the number of packing materials.

Manual Packing Entry

  • If preferred, you can manually input the required quantity for each packing material in the packing section.

  • Changes will be saved automatically.

Watching the Video Playback

  1. Locate the Video Section

    • You can find the full recording of the Smart Consult survey in the "Video" section.

    • The section is positioned to the right of your photos.

  2. Adding a Photo from the Recording

    • If you forgot to take a photo during the call, you can still capture one from the video.

    • Use the camera icon to select and save the image.

Best Practices:

  • Watch the video recording to review your conversation with the customer and add photos as needed.

  • Use keyboard shortcuts to make your review process even more efficient.

  • Add notes/ special requests on an item level to provide more details to your crew and the shipper.
