Once your shipper completes their Yembo self survey, you'll receive an email that the move is ready to review. Follow these steps to make edits to the inventory that was picked up by the AI.
You'll move through the photos left to right: making any additions, edits, or special notes to your inventory.
Tip: Use keyboard shortcuts to streamline your review process. Each shortcut corresponds to specific review actions, this will make your review process much more efficient. You can find the keyboard shortcuts by clicking on the keyboard icon above the photos:
Add Items
If you need to add an item that was missed:
Hover over the missed item.
Press "A" on your keyboard.
Start typing to search the inventory.
Select the item you'd like to add.
This will add it into the inventory:
Delete Items
To remove unwanted or duplicate tags:
Hover over the tag you want to remove.
Press "E" on your keyboard.
Mark Items as "Not Moving"
If the customer mentions they are not taking an item, you can mark it as "Not Moving":
Hover over the item.
Press "N" on your keyboard.
The item will be marked as "Not Moving" and placed in a grey tag with a dashed outline.
The item will then be moved to the "Not Moving" section of your inventory list.
Change Category of Existing Item
If an item is incorrectly identified by the AI, you can update the tag:
Hover over the item with your mouse.
Press "C" on your keyboard to change the category.
Start typing the name of the correct item.
Select the correct item from the inventory list.
Add Special Notes/Instructions
Access the Item Level Menu
Double-click or right-click on a tag to open the item level menu.
Use this menu to add additional details about the item.
Review and Edit Items
If you ever forget keyboard shortcuts, you can make all review edits from this menu as well.
Add Crating Dimensions
From this menu, you can enter crating dimensions for an item to ensure accurate storage or transport.
Add item level notes
And add any item labels
All of this information will be associated with that item specifically and shown on the Visual Inventory and cube sheet:
Editing and Adding Packing
Access the Packing Section
After editing your inventory, navigate to the Packing section, located to the right of the photos.
Review Automatically Added Materials
Packing materials are estimated based on:
Room type
Total weight
Items in the room
Adjust Packing Materials
Use the toggles to modify the carton count.
Alternatively, type the quantity manually to change the number of packing materials.
Recalculate Packing (Optional)
Click the "Recalculate" button under the packing materials.
This will revert any manual changes and generate new material estimates based on the packing algorithm.
Watching the Video Playback and Viewing the Transcript
Locate the Video
The shipper's original video is positioned to the right of the photos.
Expand the Playback Screen (If Needed)
Click the 'Video' arrow to untuck and reveal the playback screen.
Review the Self-Survey Video
Ensure all inventory is properly captured.
Listen to any recorded audio for additional details.

Watch the video recording to make sure no inventory is missed and hear audio of any notes or special instructions. Also check out the transcript for a written log of the shipper audio.
Use keyboard shortcuts to make your review process even more efficient.
Add notes/ special requests on an item level to provide more details to your crew and the shipper.
