After requesting a Managed Survey, our team will conduct a Smart Consult survey with the shipper, carefully reviewing their inventory. You can easily access the survey results and make necessary adjustments by following these steps:
1. View Photos and Videos
Go to the "Rooms" tab in the customer record.
Select the room you'd like to review.
2. In each room, you can view the photos, video, and any notes left by the team:
3. Follow the self-survey review steps to make any necessary inventory adjustments.
4. Click "Generate Visual Inventory" to create an organized inventory report.
