Make It Easy

When getting started, find the setting that works best for you. Most long time Yembo users find getting the move set up on a computer gives better functionality and space to be sure everything is set up for a successful survey.

In the move overview you can be sure all of the primary and secondary contact information, travel, and survey type is correct.

In "Rooms" be sure all rooms needed are accounted for. You can add rooms by clicking the "+" button in the upper left.

All of this will set you up for a seamless survey for both you and your customer.

Utilize Features

Once you've set up a survey for success, you have tools in Yembo that can help make managing the move even easier

SMS

Keep a record of all communication via the SMS feature in the communication history. This includes being able to send and receive images related to the move.

Notes

Add information that you'll want to easily access by adding notes in the communication history. This ensures everything is in one place and communication is a breeze.

Travel

Add information about the origin, destination, and additional stops such as parking and access (both indoor and outdoor). You can also view a satellite image and street view of each address as well by clicking on "View Map"

Visual Inventory

Utilizing the Visual Inventory is a must for any move after conducting a survey. This ensures everyone is on the same page for items that are moving and those that aren't, as well as the condition of items and the home. This is also a great tool to share with others in your organization for a smooth move day.

Keep It Up To Date

Being able to quickly and easily see the status of a move can help things run smoothly. Keeping the move status up to date lets you and everyone in your organization know that progress is being made.

Move Status

Many of the statuses will automatically update as invites are sent and surveys are scheduled. Once a survey is complete, you can easily update the status to reflect each move. It is crucial to update a survey to "Reviewed" after you've ensured all items are accounted for. Make sure the status is accurate as the customer progresses to help everyone follow up in impactful ways.
