Most US-based companies on the imperial system use a 7 cube factor, meaning the weight of an item is the volume of the item multiplied by 7. If you are an admin and would like to change the factor, you can do so on the "company" page of the admin section:
1. Go to the "Company" page in the admin section.
2. Click the pencil icon next to your company name.
3. Scroll down the right panel to locate the cube factor field within the Unit Preference section.
4. Change the cube factor to any number you'd like.
5. Click Save at the bottom of the panel to apply the changes.
Important Notes
This update will only apply to new volume list items added after the change.
If you need to adjust the cube factor for your entire inventory/packing list, contact your customer success manager for assistance.
