As an admin, you have the ability to make sure your Yembo company settings are meeting your teams needs.

Company Settings

To access the company settings you'll need an admin permission. To start, navigate to the admin portion of Yembo and choose the "companies" tab. You'll see any companies you're a part of. To view and update any company settings, click on the pencil icon on the right side of the appropriate company.

This gives you a view of all company wide settings, and the ability to update them. Below we'll cover some key settings and how to manage them, but keep in mind you can update all settings from this view.

Company Information

The first setting you'll see is the name and contact information for your company. This is the default phone number and email where a customer would reach out to for support. You can also update the name of your company. You'll see "company name" and "external display name." The external display name will be what the customer sees, and if left blank it will default to the "company name."

You can also update the default address of your company to be sure everything is update to date and correct.

Questionnaire

The company settings are also where you can create and update a questionnaire that will be added to the end of the Self Survey, and available in Smart Consults. For a step by step set up guide for the questionnaire click here.

Business Units

By adding/updating the business units, users can denote what segment of the business a move belongs to. Users can update the business unit when creating a contact or in the move details.

Units Preference

Here you can set a company default for units of measure, cube factor, and crating padding. Note that a user can set their own unit preference, as well as update the cube factor for specific moves.

Visual Inventory

In this section you can set the default preferences for your companies Visual Inventory. Keep in mind that these can be updated on an as needed basis. You can also set colors for your company's Visual Inventory, this can be done by entering an RGB, Hex #, or choosing from a color wheel.

Customization

Similar to the Visual Inventory, you can set company defaults for colors. This will update colors in messaging as well as the Self Survey and Smart Consult sites. You can also add or update your logo. This logo will be shown throughout the surveys sites as well as in the Visual Inventory.

Self Survey Screens

Configuring the Self Survey screens will determine the screens shown and questions asked during the survey process. Updating these will take immediate effect for all Self Surveys moving forward.
