Once you've completed a survey in Yembo, it's important to keep the move up to date so tasks are completed and everyone stays informed. Follow these steps to close a move once it's done:
Finding the Move Record
Use the search bar in the upper right corner.
Enter the customer’s name, phone number, email, or customer number (if available in Yembo).
Updating the Move Status
Locate the move record.
Click on the "Status" drop-down menu.
Select the appropriate move status—this will automatically update the move.
Alternative Way to Update Status
You can also update the status from the Move Overview page.
Click on the "Status" drop-down in the upper right and select the needed status.
You're all set and your move has been updated!
