After a survey is completed getting an estimate that is straight forward and easy makes the process easy for your customers. Below are some of the key features of estimates in Yembo.

Setting Up Estimates

Getting your estimate set up is a crucial part of ensuring you can accurately quote a move. To get started you'll need to have an admin permission and a purchased package of estimates.

Tariffs

In the admin portion of Yembo you'll see the "Tariff" options. There you're able to set up your tariffs (local, intrastate, interstate, international and Pan-European). This is also where you will be able to update existing tariffs.

There are two options when adding a new tariff, you can enter all needed information into the Yembo site by selecting "Add Tariff" or by uploading a CSV file. Your account will have a sample tariff that can be downloaded and used as a guide for the CSV upload. That can be access by selecting the three dots on the far right of the existing tariff and selecting "Download Tariff".

Once your tariff has been set up, it will be available for use across all moves.

Using Estimates

Now that you've gotten the tariff configured, you can use the estimate portion of a move. When a survey has been completed just select "Estimates" in the overview for a specific move.

Here you'll see any existing estimates and their status, or if this is the first estimate for that move you'll have the option to create an estimate.

The authority will be automatically selected based on the travel information, however this can be updated by the user creating an estimate. As well as the tariff being used, the estimate type (binding, non-binding, not to exceed, etc.) and which version of the inventory you'd like to use for the estimate.

E-Sign In Yembo

To finalize the estimate process, after all needed information has been added you have the ability to send the estimate for e-signature via Yembo. This allows the customer to have a copy of the estimate, as well as the visual inventory. The move assignee will also receive a notification when the estimate has been signed.
