AI
This stands for Artificial Intelligence, which is what we use to analyze surveys. You'll see the AI at work when you see your items getting tagged during a survey!
CP (Carrier Pack)
Carrier Pack (CP) means the moving company will pack these boxes for the customer. The shipper selects whether they want the room packed for them or whether they will do it themselves (PBO -- pack by owner) in each room during the Yembo survey.
PBO (Pack by Owner)
Pack by owner (PBO) means the customer will pack the contents themselves. The shipper selects whether they want the room packed for them (CP -- carrier pack) or whether they will do it themselves in each room during the Yembo survey.
Employee
Users that are assigned the role of Employee can review moves, create inventories, and view customer information and pricing. This is the standard role for the Yembo user.
Consultant
Users that are assigned the role of Consultant can review moves, create inventories, and view customer details and pricing, but only for customers that have been assigned to them.
Admin
Users that have Admin access to Yembo have the permissions of an employee and also the ability to access the admin panel, where they can do things like add/delete employees from the company account, update the messaging templates, and other Admin functions explained here.
Reviewer (account role)
Users assigned the role of Reviewer can log on to review moves and update inventories, but can't see any customer details or pricing.
Reviewer (tool)
The Reviewer tool refers to the part of Yembo where you review the moves. You can find a full article about how to use the Reviewer here.
Invitation
When you have a customer ready to use Yembo, you will send them an Invitation. This will be a link sent to their phone or tablet via SMS or email, which allows them to record their videos from their browser - no app download required.
Move Details
Move details refers to the specific information for each move. This is where you'll find a move's videos, the move dates, the origin and destination, your internal notes, an activity history, and your chat history with that particular customer.
Status
The status refers to a given move's current stage in the pipeline. Some example statuses are Web Lead, Invited, AI Analyzed, Quoted, Booked, and Completed.
Visual Inventory
The Visual Inventory is created when you are done reviewing a move. This is an inventory list you can provide for you customer that shows room by room itemized inventory lists with corresponding photos of your customer's actual items.
Cube Sheet
The Cube Sheet is created when you're done reviewing a move, similar to the Visual Inventory. This sheet provides you with a list of each item with its assigned cubic volume in order to calculate the total load size. This sheet will be provided to you in an Excel sheet outside of Yembo.
Web Lead
These are customers who entered your pipeline by filling out the form on you Lander rather than being sent an invite.
Lander
A Lander is a webpage built just for your company where your customer can independently fill out a quick form and start their survey without waiting for an invitation. We recommend linking to your Lander from your website so customers that are browsing online can easily initiate their move - even at night or during weekends when your call center might be closed!
Webhook
Webhooks (hooks) are commands we can set up to transfer data from Yembo to another system, such as passing inventory information into your system. These can be configured in the Admin section. If you would like to set them up, reach out to your Customer Success Manager for documentation.
