How to reassign a move

Steps to change the owner of a move

If you need to reassign a customer move record to a colleague, you can do so in two ways:

Option 1: From the "Moves" Tab

  1. Open the "Moves" tab.

  2. Locate the customer in the list.

  3. Click the drop-down menu under the "Assignee" column.

  4. Select the employee you want to assign the move to.

Option 2: From the Customer’s Record

  1. Open the customer’s record.

  2. Click the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner.

  3. Select the new assignee.

If your company has notifications enabled, the new assignee will automatically receive an email informing them of the reassignment.
