How to manually add photos

Steps on how to upload photos and videos to a customer move record

Whether a customer sends you a photo or video after a survey or you need to add content to an Onsite survey, Yembo allows you to manually upload and organize images and videos.

If a customer texts you a photo of their home using the Yembo chat feature, follow these steps to move the image to the correct room:

  1. Locate the image in your chat window

  2. Hover over the image and click "Move Image"

  3. Select the room where the image belongs

  4. Click on the room name to go directly to that room

  5. The photo will now appear in the Rooms tab and be automatically analyzed by Yembo’s AI
