Whether a customer sends you a photo or video after a survey or you need to add content to an Onsite survey, Yembo allows you to manually upload and organize images and videos.
To upload a photo from your own device:
First, navigate to a room, then...
For Empty Rooms, you can click upload photo here:
Or, you can always use the ellipses menu:
If a customer texts you a photo using "Yembo Chat":
Locate the image in your chat window
Hover over the image and click "Move Image"
Select the room where the image belongs
Click on the room name to go directly to that room
The photo will now appear in the Rooms tab and be automatically analyzed by Yembo’s AI
