What is the Questionnaire
A questionnaire allows you to gather additional written details during a Self-Survey or Smart Consult. The responses help ensure the most accurate virtual survey possible.
In a Self-Survey, the shipper enters their answers.
In a Smart Consult, the surveyor fills in the responses.
Creating a Questionnaire
To begin, you'll need admin permissions. Once you have access, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Admin section – Click on the "Companies" tab to view the companies you manage. Most users will only see one company.
Select "Edit" – Click the edit option to open company settings, where you can update the questionnaire.
Find the "Questionnaire" section – Scroll down to locate any existing questions.
Add new questions – Click "Add new question" and enter the desired text.
Save changes – Click "Save" at the bottom-right corner. All questions will be immediately available, with responses entered into open text fields.
Using the Questionnaire
Once created, the questionnaire is instantly available for both Self-Surveys and Smart Consults.
Self-Survey: After recording each room’s video, the shipper will answer the questions in an open text field.
Smart Consult: During the consult, the surveyor can access the questionnaire by clicking the three dots in the left corner of the video and selecting "Open Questionnaire." Once opened, each question can be answered via an open text field.
Viewing Questionnaire Responses
You can access responses in three locations:
Move Overview – Click "Questionnaire" under the "Inventory" section to view all responses. Unanswered questions will be labeled "Not answered."
Visual Inventory – Ensure "Questionnaire" is selected when generating the Visual Inventory. Responses will be displayed in the overview section of the PDF.
Cube Sheet – Select "Questionnaire" before generating the cube sheet. Answers will be listed under the "Additional Questions" tab.
