Admins can update the default volume or weight for an item, eliminating the need to make these changes manually each time.
To update the default volume or weight for an item, follow these steps:
Go to the "Volume List" page – Navigate to the Admin section.
Find the item to edit – Use the search bar to quickly locate a specific item.
Modify the item's weight or volume – Click into the field and type the updated value. Changes will be saved automatically.
Add a custom item – Click the "+" button to create a new line item and customize its details.
Make bulk changes – Export your Volume List, apply changes, and send it to your Customer Success Manager for uploading.
