Yembo allows you to personalize automated customer messaging, whether it's sending an invitation, following up after a completed survey, or reminding customers to complete their Self-Survey.
How to Edit Message Templates
Go to the Admin section – Select "Admin" from the left-hand navigation.
Open the Messaging page – Click on "Messaging" to manage templates.
Select the survey type – Choose the relevant survey type for which you want to edit the message.
Pick a message template – Click "+" from the dropdown to modify a specific message.
Edit the subject or body – Adjust the email’s content as needed.
Save changes – Click "Save" to apply updates.
Messaging Preferences
Delivery Method: Choose to send messages via SMS or Email based on customer preference.
Turning Off Notifications: If you prefer not to send automated messages, use the toggle in the top-right corner to disable them.
CC Employees: For email messages, there's an option to CC an employee. Click the toggle to enable or disable this feature based on the message type.
Enhancing Personalization
Scroll below the Message Editor to view available variable fields, which allow you to personalize emails dynamically.
