How to use your reports dashboard

Steps to create and use reports in Yembo

Admins can create an analytics dashboard under the Reports tab on the homepage. This dashboard allows customization using various parameters for a one-time or recurring report.

Steps to Create a Dashboard

  1. Navigate to Reports

    • Select "Reports" from the left-hand menu on your homepage.

    • Click "Create Report" to begin customization.

  2. Customize Your Report:

    • Report Name – Assign a unique name for easy identification.

    • Chart Types – Choose the visuals that best represent your data.

    • Timezone – Set the appropriate timezone.

    • Frequency – Set how often the report updates:

      • Weekly (e.g., if selected on Monday, it updates every Monday).

      • Monthly (you can select a specific day).

    • Timeframe – Define the data range:

      • Last completed week (Monday-Sunday).

      • Year to Date (data from the current year).

    • Compare Data to Previous Period – Enable comparison if needed.

    • Make Default Report – Set the report as your default for quick access.

    • Email Report – Enable this option to add an email address for report delivery.

  3. Choose Charts and Tables:

    • Select desired charts from the dropdown, including:

      • Pipeline Movement

      • Pipeline Stage Average Days

      • Survey Type

      • % of Leads Quoted

      • % of Total Self-Surveys Recorded

      • Billable Surveys Over Time

      • Booked Revenue Over Time

      • All Moves Table

      • Billing Report Table

      • Booked Summary Table

      • CSAT Table

      • Employee Pipeline Stage Average Days Table

      • Leaderboard Table

      • Pipeline Movement Table

      • Sales Agent Report Table

  4. Finalize and Manage Your Report:

    • Click the down arrow in the top-right corner to export your chart.

    • Download the full report using the provided option.

    • Edit the report anytime by selecting the pencil icon.

Key Terminology

  • Report Name – Unique identifier for a reporting dashboard.

  • Report – Contains charts based on a selected date range.

  • Date Range – Defines the timeframe for the data.

  • Chart – Graphs and tables within a report (e.g., Booked Revenue Over Time).

  • Report Rule – Governs recurring reports, including frequency, charts, date range, timezone, and recipients.
