This feature finds open appointment times across the team and automatically recommends only surveyors who are available, so there's no need to check each calendar individually.
Before getting started
By Available Surveyor is a beta feature enabled upon request, and it applies only to surveyors with a calendar linked to Yembo. If no calendars are linked, it does not appear at all. Anyone without a linked calendar is excluded, including admins who don't conduct surveys. If limited or no timeslots are available, this could indicate: no linked calendars exist, the date range is too narrow, or scheduling buffers are preventing preferred timeslots.
Schedule an appointment
Step 1: Create a survey
Within a move, click the Create Survey button. Then select Smart Consult or Onsite.
Step 2: Select appointment
Click By Available Surveyor to switch to that scheduling mode.
On the left side, select a date or date range; up to three days can be selected. Select a Duration; durations are available in 15-minute increments. Locate the preferred appointment slot and select it. Available time slots are shown in the customer's time zone, and only time slots in the future are shown. When finished, click Find Available Surveyor.
Please Note: A time slot is only available to a surveyor who is:
Free for the full appointment length, including any scheduling buffers.
Free of conflicting synced calendar events.
Step 3: Select Surveyor
Review the list of suggested surveyors. For Smart Consult appointments, one surveyor is pre-selected at the top. Keep the selected surveyor or choose another, confirm or edit the contact information, and click Schedule to book the appointment.
Please Note: The suggestion logic uses a round-robin rotation, distributing appointments evenly across the team over time. The suggestion can always be overridden by selecting a different available surveyor.
