Your calendar in Yembo
Once a calendar is linked with Yembo, survey events appear automatically when scheduling Smart Consult or Onsite surveys. This keeps coordination seamless and prevents scheduling conflicts.
Blocking & Overriding Scheduled Times
The scheduling view for others.
When scheduling a survey, times are blocked off so other users cannot double-book over existing availability. These blocked times can be overridden if needed by manually booking calendar events. Unavailable times appear in grey, making them easy to identify.
The scheduling view shows blocked times for the account holder, while the view seen by others reflects the same availability from their perspective.
Viewing Scheduled Surveys
Scheduled survey events appear on the corresponding calendar, and each event includes a link to the scheduled survey for easy access.
Modifying Survey Schedules
Changes made in Yembo, such as updating a survey schedule, are reflected on the your calendar. Changes made directly on the your calendar, however, do not update the survey event in Yembo. Note that calendar changes may take a few minutes to appear in Yembo.
Your Yembo Calendar
The Yembo Calendar helps track Smart Consult appointments but does not fully mirror a linked work calendar. Two things are worth keeping in mind.
First, the sync scope is limited: the Yembo Calendar in the left navigation panel displays only Smart Consult appointments. Second, to view Smart Consults alongside all other work meetings, check the work calendar instead.
