Managing the Yembo dashboard

What each section of the home screen does and how to use it

Written by Yembo

Dashboard

Logging in opens the Moves Dashboard, the home screen for tracking any surveys that need action. Make it the first stop each day.

Inbox

Unread messages appear in the Inbox count near the top of the screen. Click the number to open the Inbox tab and respond to customer inquiries.

Needs review

Surveys in AI Analyze status that are assigned for review appear in the Needs Review section. Click it to open the Needs Review tab and work through those surveys.

Upcoming and pending surveys

Upcoming surveys are listed so scheduled visits are easy to see at a glance. Pending self-surveys are surfaced as well to make follow-up straightforward. When a customer has not recorded by their expected date, open the chat directly from the dashboard to send a reminder.

Sorting moves by status

The tabs along the top sort moves by status. Needs Video lists everyone who has not yet completed a survey. Needs Review lists moves that require edits. Updating a status moves a survey forward: marking it reviewed sends it to Needs Quote, marking it quoted sends it to Needs Closed, and marking it booked or completed sends it to the Booked tab. The All tab shows every move regardless of status.

Filtering the view

Within each tab, use the All Moves filter to show every move, or switch to My Moves to show only assigned moves.
