Where personal details and password changes both live

Profile Settings

To open settings, click your name in the lower left-hand corner and select Settings. This screen is where personal app information, photo, and password all live.

Photo

Add or edit a photo in the photo section. A headshot added here displays during a live Smart Consult video call whenever the camera is turned off.

Personal details

Name, email, and phone number appear here and can be added or edited as needed. A department can also be set, such as sales. Preferred unit type is set here as well, so switching to metric applies that preference personally.

Additional emails

For work across multiple brands or companies, add additional emails here. This controls which email displays on the visual inventory or cube sheet.

Change Password

To change a password, enter the current password, enter the new password, and click Reset Password.
