Updating a move's status

Update the status of a customer record from the upper right-hand corner of the record or from the Moves Dashboard. Several statuses correspond with the tabs on the dashboard, so updating a status to match the customer's current step keeps records aligned with where each customer sits in the process.

How statuses progress

A newly completed survey appears in AI Analyze. After the survey is reviewed, mark it Reviewed to indicate the review is complete. Continue updating the status as the customer moves forward, marking the record after quoting and again after booking. When a customer does not book, the reason can be recorded.
