When a customer sends pictures or videos outside of Yembo, they can be uploaded manually in the customer record.

On the rooms screen, click the up arrow button on the corresponding room.

Click Browse Files or drag and drop the video onto the popup and click Confirm.

Click into the room, then click Use AI Camera to take pictures with your device's camera, or click Upload Photo to add photos manually.

Both photos and videos are analyzed by the AI, which returns an inventory list based on the images or video.
