Yembo supports sending SMS text messages directly to customers. The SMS history appears in the activity feed on the customer's overview.
Viewing message history
The activity feed shows all messaging sent to the customer, including survey invites and scheduled call notifications.
Sending a message
Type a message in the activity feed to send it to the customer, such as a follow-up question or a request for more information.
Receiving replies
Customers can reply to the thread. Their replies appear in the customer record and trigger an email notification to you.
