Smart Consult toolbar

When joining a Smart Consult, a toolbar appears that can be moved anywhere on the screen during the call.

Adjusting camera and microphone


The toolbar is where microphone and camera inputs are changed, and where the microphone is muted or the camera is turned off.

Setting a video background

A button is also available to set a virtual background, either to blur the background or to upload a photo.

Popping out the shipper's screen

After joining the session, the shipper's screen can be popped out. On a setup with a second screen, it can open on the second screen or on the current one. Opening it on a second screen and enlarging it is a common preference while conducting the call.
