Starting the survey
Once the customer joins the Smart Consult, let them know their camera is about to be flipped, then click the arrow icon below their photo to flip it around.
Capturing a room
Use the room button to select the room being surveyed, then have the customer pan slowly and pause at each section. Click the blue camera button to take a snapshot. The snapshot is added and generates inventory based on what appears in the image.
