Multiple contact methods
When sending a self-survey invite, entering both a phone number and an email for the customer is recommended, so the link arrives both ways.
Setting an expected survey date
If contact is made with the customer beforehand, ask when they expect to complete their survey and enter that date and time in the expected survey date field. The customer then receives reminder notifications based on that date.
Adding addresses ahead of time
If the origin and destination addresses are available, enter them on the add contact panel. The customer then does not have to fill out that information during their survey.
