Pending Self-Surveys

The Home tab on the Moves page shows all pending self-surveys at a glance. These are shippers who have not yet completed their self-survey.

Reading the expected survey date

When an expected survey date is entered for a shipper, it displays here and turns red once that date passes.

Sending a follow-up

Click into the customer record to send a follow-up reminder. Automated reminders can also be set up in the Messaging section of the Admin tab, and any that went out appear in the SMS history.
