Scheduling the appointment
Enter the customer's contact details.
Select Onsite as the Survey Type.
When the calendar displays, specify the day and time of the appointment. The appointment then shows as the upcoming event for that customer, and the customer receives notifications and a calendar invite once it is scheduled.
