Not seeing this popup? To fix this, adjust the permissions to allow Self-Survey to use the camera and microphone.

Adjusting permissions inside of Self-Survey

Tap on the three-dot button to continue. If that three-dot button is not visible, use the instructions below.

Review the Camera and Microphone permissions and ensure they are set to Allow.

Once completed, tap the X in the top left of the screen to exit these settings. You're all set and can return to your Self-Survey.

Adjusting permissions inside of Safari

Locate and tap the Settings app on the Home screen.

Scroll down and tap Apps.

Scroll down and tap Safari.

Locate the Camera and Microphone settings. Tap Microphone.

Locate the selfsurvey.ai entry and tap it.

Tap Allow, then tap the back arrow in the top left. Complete this same step for the Camera. Once both are done, you're all set and can return to your Self-Survey.
