Ensure both Camera and Microphone are set to Allowed. Once completed, tap the lower half of the screen to exit these settings. You're all set and can return to your Self-Survey.

Adjusting permissions inside of Chrome

Open Chrome and tap the three-dot menu in the top right.

Tap Settings.

Scroll down and tap Site settings.

Locate the Camera and Microphone sections. Complete the following steps for each one.

Tap to expand the Not allowed section. If https://selfsurvey.ai appears, tap the three-dot menu on that row.

Tap Remove.

Repeat for both Microphone and Camera. Once both are done, you're all set and can return to your Self-Survey.
