Rather than going back and forth over the phone to settle on a time, a moving company can send a scheduling link that lets you book the appointment yourself. It starts with a link sent by text message, email, or both. From there, complete the following steps.
Step 1: Open the message
Open the message and tap on the link or the Schedule Your Smart Consult button.
Step 2: Start scheduling
A welcome screen opens. Tap Confirm your move date.
Step 3: Confirm the move date
Enter the date of your move. If a date is already filled in, check that it's correct and change it if needed, then tap Save and continue.
Step 4: Pick a date and time
A list of dates appears showing when the moving company is available to conduct a video survey. Tap a date that works for you, and a set of appointment times appears.
Check the time zone shown directly above the appointment times before booking. Then select the time that works best and tap Schedule my video call.
You're done!
A confirmation screen shows the details you selected, and a confirmation message is sent to you as well.
