Enable camera and microphone access for Smart Consult (Mobile)

To complete a Yembo Smart Consult, you must grant the browser access to your camera and microphone.

Getting started

Smart Consults are sent as a hyperlink by email and/or text. This is meant to be completed on a mobile device. When you tap the link, you'll see a screen similar to the one below. If your screen says Self-Guided Survey, see these instructions.

The Camera Permission shows with a yellow alert. To address it, tap Camera Permission.

Tap Continue.

Tap Allow or Allow while visiting the site, depending on your device.

Still not seeing a prompt to allow access? Try the troubleshooting steps below.

Then tap on Microphone Permission.

Tap Continue.

Finish the audio testing step, and you're ready to go.
