Enable camera and microphone access for Yembo Surveys (Android)

Turn on camera and microphone access in Settings, and use a supported browser.

To complete a Yembo Survey on Andriod, grant camera and microphone access to the browser (Chrome or Firefox) and the webpage.

Step 1: Allow camera and microphone access for Chrome or Firefox

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Scroll to Apps and tap it.

  3. Scroll to and tap Chrome or Firefox (whichever you're using).

  4. Tap Permissions under App settings.

  5. Tap Camera, then select Allow.

  6. Tap Microphone, then select Allow.

  7. Return to Chrome or Firefox.

Step 2: Allow camera and microphone access for the SmartConsult website

1. Tap the lock icon in the address bar.

2. Tap on Permissions

3. Set Camera to Allow.

4. Set Microphone to Allow.

5. Tap the back arrow or anywhere outside the panel to close it.
