Turn on camera access in your settings and make sure you are using a supported browser

Turning on Camera/Mic Access for Chrome or Firefox Browser

  1. Open up Settings

  2. Scroll down to Apps and click on it

  3. Scroll down and click on Chrome or Firefox (Click on the browser you intend on using)

  4. Click on Permissions under the App settings section

  5. Click on Camera and then select 'Allow'

  6. Click on Microphone, then select 'Allow'

  7. Go back to Chrome

  1. Click on the lock icon within the URL

  2. Click on Permissions

  3. Toggle Camera to the "Allowed' position

  4. Toggle Microphone to the "Allowed" position
