How to enable cookies on your iOS or Android device

Enabling cookies on your device is required to perform a Smart Consult to allow it to run smoothly.

Please follow the instructions below to enable cookies in the browser application on your device.

iOS (iPhone/iPad) using Safari:

1. On you iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app:

2. Scroll down through the list of settings and tap on “Safari”:

3. Then, scroll through the Safari setting to the “Privacy & Security” section and ensure "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" and “Block All Cookies” are switched off:

iOS (iPhone/iPad) using Chrome:

Cookies are always enabled when using Chrome on an iOS device.

Android Phone & Tablets using Google Chrome:

1. On your phone or tablet, open the Google Chrome app:

2. At the top right tap the three dots to open the menu:

3. Then tap on “Settings”:

4. Followed by “Site Settings”:

5. Tap on “Cookies”:

6. Select “Allow All Cookies”:

7. If you don't have a "Cookies" section, go to the "On-device site data" section (Settings > Site settings > On-device site data) to enable/disable the cookies usage:
