Is your link opening in an unsupported browser?
If your default browser isn't supported (for example, the link opens in a browser that doesn't work), you can copy the link and paste it into a supported one:
Tap and hold the link, then tap Copy.
Open a supported browser and tap the address bar.
Press and hold in the address bar, then tap Paste.
Tap Go (or the enter key on your keyboard).
