How to enable the camera and mic for your Yembo Survey (iOS)

Turn on camera/mic access in your settings and make sure you are using a supported browser

To complete your Yembo survey you will need to make sure you have granted camera and mic access for both the Safari browser and the webpage.

Step 1: Ensure Camera/Mic Access for Safari app

  1. Open the Settings app

  2. Scroll down, or search for "Safari" and click on it

  3. Select Camera under the "Settings for Websites" section, then select "Allow"

  4. Select Microphone, then select "Allow"

  5. Go back to Safari

Step 2: Ensure Camera/Mic Access for the SmartConsult website in Safari

1 - Click on the two As within the URL.

2 - Click on "Website Settings".

3 - Click Allow Access for both Camera and Microphone.

4 - Click the blue "Done" in the top right when finished.
